Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
- To be eligible the item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.
- Customised or personalised items are only eligible for refunds or returns if they arrive damaged, defective or with a printing error caused by us.
How to Initiate a Return

Once approved you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item. - Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Exclusions
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery are not eligible for refunds or returns.
- Damages caused by improper use accidents or negligence are not covered.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping costs.
